FIFA 22: What to do in Ultimate Team this week

With many different tasks and game modes, FIFA 22 Ultimate Team can be a tricky place to prioritise your playtime in.

We have you covered, with this weekly look at all the objectives and SBCs, letting you know what to look out for and where to avoid.

Where possible we will also be highlighting how to combine multiple objectives, to streamline your play.

Monday

Team of the Season is drawing to a close, with the Ultimate TOTS squad now in packs, which has also been joined by the CONMEBOL Team of the Group Stage.

The Live FUT Friendly: Serie A Cup is running until Friday, 17 June, so you still have a few days to pick up as many wins in your allocated matches as possible.

A new Live FUT Friendly: Ultimate Cup has also been introduced, with corresponding objectives where you can gain packs as rewards to make the most of the promo, so make sure you play your allocated three matches a day until you've gained all the prizes.

Once again there are a few objective players you can add to your squad for free, including a couple of End of an Era cards!

The requirements for EOAE Juan Mata mean you need to play in the Live FUT Friendly: League Challenge, so you can't double up with the EOAE Cesc Fabregas, which need to be completed in Squad Battles or Rivals.

However, you can complete the objectives for TOTGS Maurice Cova in any FUT game mode, so you will already be working through some of the generic tasks and can start or bring on Argentinian players to score so you are completing another one.

You have until Friday, 17 June to complete the Mata and Fabregas objectives, and Sunday, 19 June for the Cova ones, so they should be first on your to-do list.

If you don't bring Cova to your club it won't be the end of the world, however, there is a TOTS Swaps 2 token up for grabs as a reward.

With loads of prizes available from Swaps, you will want to gain as many tokens as possible to trade in for the best rewards, so make sure you keep on top of all the token releases with our TOTS Token Tracker.

The Icon Swaps 3 Set 2 objectives are also live, so find out how to combine the requirements in order to gain all the Swaps and gain the best rewards!

The countdown is now on, as you have until Monday, 20 June to complete all the tasks, so make sure you are getting any remaining objectives completed.

Tuesday

Today is your last chance to bring in the Silver Stars objective player, which is a TOTS Moments Leandro Damiao.

With the objectives being able to be completed in less than an hour it's definitely worth doing, as free players should never be sniffed at.

Wednesday

During Team of the Season, Weekend League rewards will become available at 3am ET / 8am BST on Wednesdays (instead of Mondays) if you did not complete all your matches.

This is because the schedule has changed, with FUT Champions open between 4pm ET / 9pm BST on a Friday until 3am ET / 8am BST on a Wednesday, to allow for TOTS promo squads to be included as rewards.

Although the better rewards don't offer you player picks ONLY from the Ultimate TOTS, they will be 91+ OVR players from EFIGS leagues (Premier League, Ligue 1, Serie A, Bundesliga, La Liga), so this will give you a chance to hit that TOTS Lionel Messi!

Team of the Week 36 was the last TOTW release of this season, so we will have to wait until FIFA 23 to see the regular in-forms release return.

A new Silver Stars card will be released, so get that completed and out of the way so you don't have to worry about it for the rest of the week.

Thursday

Division Rivals rewards will be released at 3am ET / 8am BST on Thursday, 16 June.

The rewards have changed slightly with Season 7 coming, due to TOTW no longer coming out, with Team of the Season and 83+ OVR TOTW players from the whole season making up the player pick pool if you finish Elite.

Get all the objectives players completed, work through Icon Swaps 3 objectives, and qualify for FUT Champions.

Friday

We expect Weekend League to kick off at the previous regular time of 3am ET / 8am BST, so make sure you've qualified for that if you plan to enter.

Also, bear in mind that it will likely revert back to lasting 72 hours again, ending on Monday, 20 June at 3am ET / 8am BST now that the TOTS event is over.

The SBCs to redeem your TOTS Swaps 2 tokens in will expire at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, so claim all the rewards you can from them.

The Ultimate TOTS side will rotate out of packs at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, but we don't yet know what the next promo will be!

Whatever comes, we should get some more SBC and objective player content relating to the new event.

Saturday

If you've qualified for Weekend League then your day will be occupied with that.

Look to be hitting 51 points as a minimum, as the rewards get much better from that stage upwards.

Other than that, Icon Swaps 3 and player objectives will be where you spend your time, competing in Squad Battles to earn better rewards for Sunday.

Sunday

Squad Battle rewards will be available at 3am ET / 8am BST, which could be quite good if you've been playing them for the Icon Swaps 3 and player objectives.

Team of the Season cards will again be available as Squad Battle rewards but are restricted on rating unless you hit the Elite ranks or higher.

If you land anywhere between the Silver 2 and Gold 1 rank the TOTS reward will be pretty similar, so that should be your aim unless you want to go Elite.

WHAT'S NEXT?! - Friday's promo has a lot to live up to after the TOTS event

Again, it will be another day of Weekend League, Icon Swaps and player objectives, Squad Battles or Division Rivals.

The CONMEBOL TOTGS side will rotate out of packs at 1pm ET / 6pm BST.

THIS IS YOUR LAST CHANCE TO COMPLETE ICON SWAPS 3 OBJECTIVES!!!

The SBCs to use your Icon Swaps 3 tokens in will also expire on Monday, 20 June at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, so make sure you have claimed all your rewards.
