Made from grey suede rather than leather, the overall look and feel of this smokey design is unlike the majority of Air Force 1s on the market.

Once more, the sneakers feature clear, protruding Swooshes as opposed to simple flat leather, hence the "Jewel" part of their name. This helps the shoes stand out from the crowd and, in our opinion, makes them a great addition to any collection.

For instance, the side Swooshes appear slightly more elevated than usual due to, in part, their unique black outline to match the mudguard and heel.

The sole unit is then split between a black outsole and a white midsole, thus giving this intriguing Air Force 1 Low a bespoke look that can fit nicely into any sneaker rotation.

Frequently asked questions about Air Force 1s

A ton of questions usually pop up when searching for Air Force 1s. Don't worry though because we've answered some of the most commonly asked queries right here.

Where to buy Air Force 1s?

There are several places we'd recommend checking out if you're looking to buy a new pair of Air Force 1s, many of which we've gone into more detail about in our list of the best places to buy sneakers.

Firstly, we'd recommend picking up a pair through Nike directly as its online store offers a 60-day (30 in the UK) returns policy and is often where the latest Air Force 1s drop.

Alternatively, we'd suggest keeping an eye on Nike's handy SNKRS launch page as new Air Force 1s usually get listed here ahead of their release, with the website allowing you to receive push notifications about specific sneaker drops as well.

If the Air Force 1s you're after are sold out, then we'd suggest heading over to the resale market on websites like StockX and GOAT, both of which authenticate every purchase to ensure your second-hand sneakers are legit.

Are Air Force 1s comfortable?

Air Force 1s can be particularly comfortable sneakers for everyday wear, particularly with their fairly wide toe boxes, but only as long as you get them in the right size.

To ensure this, draw an outline around your foot and measure its length and width before comparing your measurements to one of Nike's size charts to determine what size shoe you are.

Make sure you're aware of any differences between Nike and adidas or New Balance sizing though, for example, when buying new shoes, and check out a more detailed summary of how to measure shoe size right here.

How do you clean Air Force 1s?

Air Force 1s are typically made from leather and are, therefore, fairly straightforward to clean.

Simply wipe away any loose debris using a soft-bristled brush, then gently scrub your sneakers using a mixture of warm water and shoe cleaner (or mild soap) in circular motions to remove any remaining dirt.

Once clean, wipe clean and remove the remaining soap with a cloth, then leave to dry naturally and away from direct sunlight. For more information on this, check out our guide on how to clean Air Force 1s right here.

How do you lace Air Force 1s?

As touched on in our guide to lacing Air Force 1s, there are nearly too many ways to lace Air Force 1s to count as it all depends on your level of creativity.

However, one of the most commonly used techniques is the simple cross-lacing method.

Simply create a bar using your shoelace between the first eyelets, then take one length and thread it through the second eyelet up on the opposing side.

Repeat this with the second length and continue this approach all the way up until you reach the top. Once you're there, simply tie the two ends together and your Air Force 1s should be good to go.
