Team of the Week (TOTW) 17 has come to FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, with more in-form cards hitting packs once again.
The surprise is not seeing one of PSGs insane forwards gain an upgrade, however, there are still some big names included!

TOTW 17 Release Date & Time
The Team of the Week 17 squad in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team was released on Wednesday, 22 February, at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm GMT.
As ever, the new cards will be available in packs for one week only from when they are released.
They will join the Road to the Final cards in packs for a few days only, before they rotate out on Friday, 17 February, with FUT Birthday items potentially replacing them!
TOTW 17 is LIVE
Team of the Week 17 has landed in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, surprising us by not containing a PSG player!
Instead, the side is headlined by a 93-rated Kevin De Bruyne, who grabbed a goal and an assist against title rivals Arsenal.
There are only nine players with an overall of 85 or higher this week, so it is a bit disappointing after the bumper 14 cards with high ratings from last week.

Best Players
With Team of the Week 17 cards coming to the player pool, we're looking at the best players to pack from the release.
'Best' can be looked at in a few different ways, but we will simplify it by classing it as the most valuable cards or those with top attributes.
You will need to keep an eye on the market, but Kevin De Bruyne looks to be the only truly valuable card from this release, thanks to his 93 OVR!
All the other higher-rated cards will likely sell for around the same cost as cards with the same rating as them.
De Bruyne is also the best card of the release when looking at stats, although there are a few more that could prove popular.
Facundo Medina is one of the Featured Player items, seeing his rating shoot up from 76 OVR to 86 OVR!
With 83 PAC, 86 DEF and 86 PHY and Ligue 1 links, he could be a great alternative to other expensive CBs in the league.
An 83 OVR may not catch the eye, but a CM with 90 PAC certainly does, which Dani Rodriguez possesses.
Then there is Aiyegun Tosin, who has gained a second in-form of the season, this time with 97 PAC, 85 SHO, 84 DRI and 83 PHY, although it will be hard to link him as he comes from Benin and plays in the Swiss Super League!

With Ones to Watch cards in the game, we have some live cards that can be affected by Team of the Week inclusions.
Once again, we go another week without a OTW player included, with the wait going all the way back to TOTW 13!
