Release Time
The Rulebreakers promo started in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team on Friday, 14 October, when Team 1 cards came in packs.
Team 2 replaced these cards on Friday, 21 October, at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm BST.
A Mini-Release followed on Sunday, 23 October, with three more Rulebreakers cards added to packs.
Rulebreakers Team 2 will stay in packs until Friday, 28 October, when the next promo will be released - leaked to be called Out of Position.

The Mini Release for Rulebreakers Team 2 has joined the initial squad in packs in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.
The pick of the bunch is Davinson Sanchez (OVR 87), although it is a tough call between him and Merino (OVR 86), with both defensively adept and able to have the Lengthy archetype.
