In addition to PSG's Bradley Barcola, Chelsea loanee Ian Maatsen was another standout across the second leg of the UEFA Champions League Quarter-Finals on Tuesday evening.
Just as Paris Saint-Germain did against Barcelona, Borussia Dortmund were also able to turn things around to progress to the Semi-Finals, coming from behind to beat Atletico Madrid 5-4 on aggregate.
Scoring his first-ever Champions League goal to give Dortmund a crucial 2-0 lead before the break, Maatsen came away as one of the stars of the show, leaving many people wondering whether or not he's in FC 24.
Is Ian Maatsen in FC 24?
After somehow struggling for game time in an underperforming Chelsea side, Ian Maatsen is reaping the benefits of his loan move to Borussia Dortmund, where he has made 17 appearances so far this season.
However, his time in a Dortmund shirt became even more special on Tuesday after he bagged his first Champions League goal during a dramatic 4-2 win over Atletico Madrid.
It means the 22-year-old now has four goal contributions to his name since switching Stamford Bridge for Signal Iduna Park, and although Chelsea fans will be wishing he was still at the club, they will be pleased to know that Maatsen can be recalled in FC 24 Career Mode.
Maatsen was first introduced way back in FIFA 20, with EA giving him a 57 OVR and 81 potential. The left-back's progress since then, however, has seen him jump up by nineteen ratings, leaving him 76-rated with a potential of 84 in FC 24.
Although Maatsen's primary position is at left-back in FC 24, his 75 dribbling, 77 ball control, and 74 crossing also allow him to play in a more advanced role at LWB or even LW if you need cover.
Unfortunately, Maatsen does not have a real face scan in FC 24 at the moment, although we're sure he will get one in FC 25 or via a future Squad Update.
