The official release date of NHL 23 is nearly upon us, but there is still time to get your pre-orders in!
As ever, there are plenty of rewards that come with pre-orders, and we have all the information you need to know.
Early access has already begun for some players to, so make sure you know how to get out on the ice straight away.
LATEST - Early Access Begins
There are currently two ways to begin playing NHL 23.
The limited EA Play Trial and NHL 23 Early Access both commenced on Tuesday, 11 October.
Both the trial and early access became available at 12am ET, or 11pm CT on Monday, 10 October.
Pre Order NHL 23
We're now into launch week for NHL 23, but players can hit the ice even sooner than the official release if they pre order.
NHL 23 has a worldwide launch set for Friday, October 14, 2022, but by pre ordering the X-Factor Edition, you can get in even sooner.

If you pre order now at the link above, you'll be granted Early Access with a release date of Tuesday, October 11, 2022.
That means three full days of NHL 23 access before the worldwide launch even takes place, but that's not all you'll receive.
NHL 23 Price & Pre Order Rewards
While some titles mix it up with tons of different editions, NHL 23 decided to keep things a bit simpler this year.
The NHL 23 Standard Edition will be $59.99 on Xbox One and PS4, but it's a bit more at $69.99 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.
While it's a bit pricier at $99.99 across all platforms, the NHL 23 X-Factor Edition also comes pack with these rewards:

Top 50 Ratings Revealed
The top ratings in the game have been revealed, giving players another reason to place an NHL 23 pre order and a familiar face is at the top.
Conor McDavid leads the ratings list again, for the sixth time in a row. It's no surprise that he leads the group as he scored 123 points last season.
Auston Matthews also made the top ten list of NHL 23 ratings with a 94 OVR but McDavid comes in at the top with a 95 OVR.
