Madden 23 Roster Update: Tom Brady ratings are on the way down

After starting the year with two hard-fought wins over Dallas and New Orleans, things aren't looking as great for Tom Brady and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

It's possible that the Madden 23 Ratings Adjustors were giving Brady some leeway in the first few games of the year, especially considering the amount of weapons the Buccaneers didn't have access to.

However, whatever goodwill they were offering appears to have run its course, as Brady is falling despite mustering his best quarterback rating and completion percentage of the year against the Chiefs.

After a minor one-point boosts to his Throw On The Run in Week 1, Brady's ratings went unchanged until the latest Madden 23 Roster Update.

This time, he's been given a 1-point drop in Awareness and a 2-point drop in Throw Accuracy Deep that bring Brady's Madden 23 Rating down to 96 OVR.

Coupled with the 1-point increase Patrick Mahomes saw this week to 97 OVR, that officially dethrones Brady as the best in Madden 23.
