FIFA 23: Another NEW national team added for World Cup inclusion

FIFA 23 will be released soon, with the World Cup game modes set to be a highlight of the upcoming title.

This should lead to more national sides being included and Croatia has been revealed to be fully licensed for the next game.

It doesn't stop there, with another team added to FIFA 23 and its World Cup modes.

Marauding Moroccans

Hot on the heels of the Croatian national team's inclusion, it has been revealed that Morocco will also be fully licensed in FIFA 23.

Morocco made it to the 2018 World Cup (their first in 20 years) and has made it to back-to-back qualifications for the Qatar tournament.

By being fully licensed every single player included in the Morrocan World Cup squad will have the correct name and player face in-game.

The official Morrocan World Cup kits will also feature in FIFA 23 as well as the national team's badge.

Who's next?

According to reliable FIFA leaker @DonkTrading, 16 new national teams will feature in FIFA 23.

The news should come as little surprise as all 16 new teams have qualified for the World Cup, so they will feature in any licensed World Cup content.

We would love to see all these World Cup teams available in kick-off modes, as well as online seasons, and of course, Career Mode.

We expect the competition's big hitters such as France, Brazil, Germany and England to be fully licensed, with World Cup kits and badges included in-game, but this remains to be seen.

Pre-Order FIFA 23 now

As confirmed during the reveal trailer, FIFA 23 will be fully released on Friday, 30 September.

Some will be able to access the game sooner than that via a possible Beta or Demo, then Early Access and the Web App.
