LATEST - FIFA 23 Release Date Revealed?

Prolific journalist Tom Henderson has revealed - via exputer - that FIFA 23 will release on September 30th, 2022.

Having looked at previous years and assessing the terrain, there's every chance that this date could be spot on, with FIFA usually releasing in late September/early October.

If this report is correct, it could mean that we are only three months away from FIFA landing, with the countdown firmly on to the final collaboration between EA and FIFA.

Release Date

With the next game edging ever closer, we could see an official announcement from EA sooner rather than later.

FIFA 22 was fully launched on Friday, 1 October 2021, so if EA follows the same trend, then Friday, 30 September 2022 could be our release date next year.

This would mean early access for pre-orders from Tuesday, 27 September for those who buy the Ultimate Edition of the game.

The 10-hour EA Play trial usually offers players a limited number of hours of gaming too and goes live even earlier than pre-orders so expect to see that around a week before the full launch.

Summer Games Fest no-show

Ahead of Summer Games Fest, plenty of rumours began to circulate that EA would be making an announcement regarding FIFA 23.

However, this did not come to fruition with EA Sports absent from the event, but we do expect an announcement soon!

They also state that there won't be any demo and that the first Team of the Week release will be on Wednesday, 21 September, the same day the EA Play Trial goes live.
