The content just keeps on coming in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team with the Road to the Final (RTTF) campaign in full swing now.

Amidst all the promo madness, the release of a seemingly insignificant new SBC has caused players from one specific Premier League club to rise dramatically in price.

Find out which cards are selling for thousands and how you can capitalise on the market spike in FUT 23 below.

All prices listed are accurate as of Tuesday, 21 February on the FUT 23 PlayStation and Xbox market.

Monumental spike

The release of the 'Rise to Glory' Squad Building Challenge is the cause of the sudden spike in player prices.

The requirements for the Rise to Glory SBC are as follows:

  • # of players from Manchester City: Min 1
  • Same Nation Count: Min 3
  • Rare: Min 4 Gold Players: Min 4
  • Player Level: Min Silver
  • Squad Total Chemistry Points: Min 24

HOT PROPERTY - Everybody is after Man City players in FUT

As you can see from the requirements above, one Manchester City player needs to be submitted in order to unlock the Small Prime Gold Players Pack.

The incentive to unlock this pack has somewhat surprisingly caused all Manchester City card prices to rise significantly overnight.

The Small Prime Gold Players Pack includes nothing but players, with six Gold Cards including three Rares.

Hidden treasure

The SBC has caused all base Gold cards from Manchester City to rise to over 4,000 coins.

Every Silver item from Manchester City has risen to above 4,000 coins too, with the most expensive, Dario Sarmiento, currently selling for nearly 10,000 coins.

The craziest thing is that even Manchester City Bronze cards are now selling for over 4,000 coins, despite them not fitting the minimum Silver requirement of the SBC.

So, head to your FUT club and search for players from Manchester City as you might just be sitting on a gold mine without realising it.

Money to be made

With seven more Bronze and Silver cards now selling for over 4,000 coins in Ultimate Team, it's time to start opening some packs.

The famous Bronze Pack trading method is no longer a constant in Ultimate Team after the removal of the 400 coin pack, but comes and goes with market price fluctuations.

Now is the time to put it into action.

All the Bronze Pack Method involves is buying Bronze Packs and selling the items inside - it may not sound too profitable but it really can be.

FIFA HERITAGE - BPM has been a popular trading method for years now

Pretty much all Bronze players from the top five European leagues (Premier League, Bundesliga, La Liga, Ligue 1 and Serie A) sell for around 1,000 to 3,000 coins.

Other random items in the pack can also sell for thousands, so it's worth checking the price of every single player, manager and consumable.

If you see a Manchester City player pop up then you've hit the jackpot.
