His performances for PSG earned him a number of top cards in FIFA 22, which could give us an indication as to where Mbappe will finish in the ratings pile when FIFA 23 rolls around.

Despite being the FIFA 22 cover star, Kylian Mbappe was not the highest-rated player in the game.
PSG teammate Lionel Messi took that accolade, but when you see some of the cards the Frenchman went on to acquire, you'll certainly see it wasn't a bad year for France's superstar.

Following an impressive season for club and country, it was no surprise to see Mbappe make the grade in the FIFA 22 Team of the Year.
A further boost to his already overpowered left players terrified at the prospect of facing this French striker.
Nominated for the Ballon d'Or and certain to lift it one day, Mbappe will surely be included in the FIFA 23 TOTY.
Team of the Season
Kylian Mbappe's stunning performances in the French top-tier also enabled him to be included in the Ligue 1 Team of the Season, with another 97-rated card arriving for the new king of France.
Another card to be feared in the Weekend League, Mbappe certainly tore teams apart throughout his FIFA 22 journey.
Mbappe in Career Mode
Kylian Mbappe was one of the most exciting pre-contract stars in FIFA 22, but that has all changed now.
With the French superstar signing a bumper new deal at PSG, it's very unlikely you'll be getting your hands on Mbappe at the start of FIFA 23 Career Mode.
That being said, no player is impossible to purchase and if your purse strings stretch far enough, you may just be able to bring Mbappe to your team in FIFA 23.
