EA has just announced the players who have the highest ratings and are still 21 or under ahead of FIFA 23.
There are some incredible talents included, with massive ratings given to Pedri (85 OVR), Jude Bellingham (84 OVR) and Alphonso Davies (84 OVR).
We can't wait to sign some of these guys on our first Career Mode save, and a few of them will be great in Ultimate Team starter squads.
