We can't wait to get our hands on FIFA 22 this year, and the constant trickle of news is just getting us more and more excited.
One of FIFA's classic modes looks set to be transformed this season with a host of new features already confirmed for FIFA 22 Career Mode.
The one we are most looking forward to is create a club, and here are five things we want to see from the new mode.
What is create-a-club?
Before we get started, let's take a little look over what we know already.
There has been little information revealed around the new create-a-club so far with EA keeping it under wraps until the Career Mode reveal which should arrive in the coming weeks.
All we know for sure so far is from the following statement on EA's official site.
"Live out your football dreams in FIFA 22 Career Mode as you create a club and lead them from relegation candidates to global giants."
Pretty vague, but we can certainly speculate as to what EA will introduce.
What is football without fans?
It would be great if the club you create in FIFA 22 Career Mode can be placed in a community and become part of the local town.
Having cut-scenes from around the stadium with fans' opinions would add an extra layer of personality to Career Mode this season.
Career Mode has suffered from a severe lack of personality in recent seasons, so this is something we are really hoping for in FIFA 22.
Clubs don't just appear out of nowhere, so having some sort of back story to your club may be a fun little addition.
Will you be a classic club from a small town that has somehow made it to the big time, or will you be a newly formed side with money pumped into the club?
The latter could cause a stir among rival teams and fans, creating further storylines, atmospheres, and commentary lines in-game.
We hope that there is a level of depth to the club you create, and we hope there will be ample commentary names too!
A feature we have been clamoring for in Career Mode for a long time now.
You can create custom kits in Pro Clubs already, and we remember creating our own teams way back in FIFA 2002, so why has this taken so long to re-appear?
Surely we will be able to design our own kits in FIFA 22 create a club, but will we be able to consistently update them season after season?
This is a feature we want to see across the board in FIFA 22 Career Mode just to keep things looking fresh.
FUT Stadium in Ultimate Team was a little bit unnecessary, but it could work out brilliantly in FIFA 22 Career Mode's create a club.
The immersive storyline aspect of Career Mode is what is attractive to many fans, so to see cut-scenes and images of your own club's unique stadium would be really cool.
We are pretty sure that this will be a feature, and it would be great if the stadium can be improved as your club grows.
After all, it would be a bit silly to host Champions League matches in a tiny little ground!
This is one of the most talked-about aspects of create a club, how will the players be assigned to your team?
We are predicting a squad of generic players to be assigned to your squad, likely with the ability to edit player appearances and names.
Whether there will be the chance to sign marquee players from the get-go we don't know, but it might be fun trying to persuade players to join your revolution!
In create a club, your Youth Academy may be more crucial than ever if the generic players don't quite cut it.
