The Gorenko Anti-Tank is going to be the most powerful Sniper Rifle in Vanguard when it launches with Season One. It's essentially the PTRS-41 with a different name, so we all know what to expect from this heavier option. Here's everything you need to know about how you can unlock the Gorenko Anti-Tank Sniper Rifle and what loadouts you should check out.

Gorenko Anti-Tank - How to unlock this Sniper Rifle

If you're looking to dominate Caldera with the Gorenko Anti-Tank, or obliterate your opponents in a Team Deathmatch on Radar, you're going to need to start levelling the Season One Battle Pass as soon as you can.

This weapon is available at launch as a free reward for reaching Tier 31 of the Season One Battle Pass. You will also be able to unlock it by acquiring a Weapon Blueprint from a Store Bundle and it should appear as ground loot in Warzone Pacific and as an option in the Zombies Mystery Box - if you want to check it out before you've unlocked it.

Here's what Call of Duty has had to say about this weapon...

" A heavy semi-automatic rifle, the Gorenko offers the most damage per shot of any ballistics-based weapon, capable of one-shotting any enemy in Multiplayer with ease. Even though it is semiauto, follow-up shots may be hard to take due to the incredible kick its high-caliber bullets produce."

Loadout Options - Managing the downfalls

At the moment, we don't have access to the full list of attachments available for this new Sniper Rifle. However, there are certain Perks that should benefit a Sniper Rifle loadout, regardless of the weapon itself.

Perk One Option

  • Survival Training - Resistance to stun effects and immune to gas;
  • Cold Blooded - AI Killstreaks don't target you and you don't trigger High Alert;

Perk Two Option

  • Radar - Enemies appear on mini-map when firing unsilenced weapons;
  • Piercing Vision - Suppressed targets will be highlighted for a short period;

Perk Three Option

  • Demolition - Extra lethal on spawn and path for throwing arc;
  • Overkill - Carry two primary weapons;

Vanguard Season One is due to start on December 8th on all platforms.
