It might feel like Warzone has had a little more love than Black Ops Cold War this season, but the times are changing. Black Ops Cold War's Season 3 Reloaded update is out right now and the 80s Action Heroes event has just begun.

For now, though... Here's everything you need to know about Call of Duty Season 3 Reloaded...

80s Action Heroes Are Here

It's time to bring the boom (and the pain) with Black Ops Cold War's Season 3 Reloaded update. There's a massive Playlist Update, two new Operators and Tracer Pack Operator Bundles in-store, two new weapons coming and a whole boat-load of weapon tuning updates.

Die Hardpoint is the newest limited-time novelty mode and it sounds like a fantastic playlist to grind out weapons. It's essentially a combination of Hardpoint and Cranked, which should mean that you'll be able to keep a fast-paced game going even on larger maps.

Duga is also joining Multi-Team playlists and Cranked 2: No Time To Crank is coming to Round-based Zombies maps. You can check out a run-down of some of the new playlists below:

A lot of the new content is coming to Warzone, but Black Ops Cold War's Outbreak mode is getting some new content too. For starters, there's finally a "Main Quest" in-game! You can also go Fishing for loot and you might encounter a towering Orda beast.

It isn't a new round-based, but it's a pretty good substitute for now.

New Operators

This is the big talking point, though. John Rambo and John McClane are both joining Russell Adler and Frank Woods as new Operators for NATO. They'll also be available in Warzone, of course, but John Rambo and John McClane both look a lot better in Black Ops Cold War.

They each come with their own Operator Bundles, too, which come with Tracer Weapon Blueprints. You can check out everything that comes with the Rambo Operator Bundle below:

What about McClane? Here's everything that comes in the Die Hard Operator Bundle:

Both will set you back 2,400 COD Points, but they actually seem fairly worthwhile considering.

Extra Weapons Coming In-Season

The two new Operators aren't everything that's coming, though. We're also getting the rest of Season 3's new weapons. The AMP63, a fully automatic pistol, is due to launch in both Black Ops Cold War and Warzone in-season.

In addition to this, the Baseball Bat is being added to Black Ops Cold War. It's due to join Warzone at the start of Season 4, but Treyarch wants to work with Raven Software to ensure that it's balanced when it enters Warzone. Makes sense, right?

NO M60 META YET - Sadly, Rambo's M60 isn't going to be any deadlier just yet

In the meantime, Warzone is finally getting the Ballistic Knife and it looks like Black Ops Cold War weapons will be getting their Weapon Blueprint Customs at long last. When Treyarch say "in-season", we're anticipating these to start dropping from May 27th onwards. "Week Two" of Season 3 Reloaded, basically.

Weapon Tuning & More

Of course, there's a lot more going on behind the scenes in this latest Black Ops Cold War update. There's quite a few Quality of Life improvements, Bug Fixes and general changes. However, there's also another Weapon Tuning pass.

We're not going to go into all of them here, as there's a whole article's worth of Weapon Tuning updates to look at, but we will share a few of them.
