Bournemouth have been priced up as the early favourites for relegation this season. The Cherries clinched automatic promotion from the Championship last season but failed to convince at times under Scott Parker and are yet to make considerable additions to the playing squad.

Nottingham Forest are the bookies' next-best bet for relegation with a best price of 10/11. The Reds will be spending freely this summer upon their long-awaited Premier League return, but are currently fancied for relegation by the bookmakers.

Fulham have developed a reputation as a yo-yo club in recent years and are also backed for the drop, while the pre-season odds suggest that Leeds, Brentford and Southampton could struggle.
