If you're after a PS5 console and you're in the US, we have some good news for you!
Target actually has some PS5 consoles in stock! There is an Order Limit of 1 per customer and they're not available at every store so it's a bit of a smash and grab if you're after one.

They are listed at the $499.99 RRP though and you can search your local Target via the website. However, as always, it's a first-come-first-serve so you'll have to be quick.

PS5 Stock Shortages Globally
We're not fully sure why there's such a drastic stock shortage at the moment, but it seems to be down to several factors.
There's a lack of raw materials for the relevant, custom-built components and the PS5 is in incredibly high demand. Couple this with the impact of the COVID-19 Global Pandemic and the Evergreen's Suez Canal incident and we're looking at a major backlog of PS5 consoles.
The rest of the PS5's peripherals seem to be in pretty good stock though. You should be able to get your hands on a DualSense or a Media Remote with relative ease. The new headset might be a bit of a challenge though, but in comparison to a PS5, these are all fairly easy.
