As the NBA 2K21 hype winds down, game stores are trying to distribute the game fast. Epic Games Store is a digital store for PC and Mac and they’re the first to offer a special deal on NBA 2K21.

The Epic Games Store announced this morning that they’re choosing NBA 2K21 as this week’s Free Game. Unfortunately, Epic Games only provides games for desktop: PC and Mac.

If you download the game this week before 11:00 am EST on Thursday, May 27, you can own NBA 2K21 for free on these platforms!

NBA 2K21 Leaked as Epic Games Store Free Game

Yesterday afternoon there was plenty of speculation that NBA 2K21 could be selected as the next Free Game on the Epic Games Store.

It was leaked through twitter that the announcement would come out at some point today, and sure enough there it was at exactly 11:00 am EST.

This is all part of Epic Games Store’s Mega Sale, which returned this month. The Mega Sale involves four weeks of free game offers for some big titles.

Part of the Mega Sale is a $10 coupon issued for each purchase of $14.99 or more. The sale also offers big discounts on games like Control, Satisfactory, Borderlands 3, Red Dead Redemption 2, and the Outer Worlds.
