Can You Change Your Skin in Chivalry 2?

Chivalry 2 has just launched worldwide and with it comes tonnes of new items and players to maim, stab and crush.

Customization is at the centre of making your bloody, one-armed soldier feel like yours. Luckily, there's a multitude of categories to mess around with and change.

Here's how to customize your character and how to unlock more.

How to Customize Your Character

Once you've booted up Chivalry 2 and played through the tutorial, you will have access to the game's main menus. Head over to the Armoury to find the customization options. From here, you can see the game's main classes, all of which can be customized.

Once you've picked the class you want to customize, you can find tonnes of ways of changing them around.

You can change their head, hair, personality and all of their clothes and weapons. From launch, there are plenty of ways of changing your characters without buying anything.

This being said, if you play enough, or are willing to spend much more money, you can buy some of those customization items.

How to Unlock Items in Chivalry 2

Unlocking items is all about purchasing them with coins you earn in-game. There are a few things you can't unlock though.

Items found in the preorder and special editions of the game can only be unlocked that way. That being said, many players are reporting these items missing so they should be back over the next few weeks.

If you want to unlock items, you have to go through battles to unlock coins. You can then use these coins to buy yourself some shiny new items.

These items get unlocked over time, allowing you to purchase them as you level up. If you can't get something yet, play a few games and come back.
