The next Caves and Cliffs update is set to bring one of the most fundamental changes we've ever seen. Here's what we know about it so far
Latest - Snapshot 21W38A has arrived
A brand new snapshot has just arrived, fixing some long-standing issues and adding strongholds back into the game.
Minecraft Caves & Cliffs Part Two Release Date
While part one is now behind us, Caves & Cliffs part two is tentatively scheduled for "holiday" this year, meaning it will likely come out around December.
Of course, this could always change with time but we will update here as we find out more in the future.
We also don't have any concrete information here just yet. The update will be built over the coming months so we won't know until a week or two prior.
What Is It?
Caves & Cliffs part two is all about fulfilling the promises set by the team years ago.
It should follow through with cave and cliff generation changes whilst adding brand new mobs, all new blocks and plenty of new things to mess around with. It won't be here for a while but it should come with tonnes of fresh new changes to the formula.
What's In The Caves & Cliffs Part Two Update?
We don't have a detailed list of what we can see here but we do have some pretty good predictions. Here's what they are:
- It entirely changes up cave and mountain generation, making more unique and varied structures to explore
- The Warden Will finally make their way to the game
- Tonnes of small distribution changes for ores
- Different Skulk blocks
We likely won't receive any patch notes for some time but we will update here as soon as we find out anything different.
