11 Champions will be receiving buffs and nerfs in LoL 11.21.

Akshan

  • E damage per shot 30-110 ⇒ 30-90

Graves

  • E armor 6-18 ⇒ 4-16

Jinx

  • Passive total attack speed 15% ⇒ 25%
  • E cast range 900-925
  • R cooldown 90-60s ⇒ 75-55s

Karthus

  • E mana refund 10-48 ⇒ 15-55

Lux

  • Attack speed per level 1% ⇒ 2%
  • Passive mark duration extends if a basic attack is in flight or R is being cast
  • E damage 60-260 (+65% ability power) ⇒ 70-270 (+70% ability power)
  • R cooldown 80-the 40s ⇒ 60-40s

Miss Fortune

  • Base mana 325.84 ⇒ 300
  • W mana cost 30 ⇒ 45

Quinn

  • W bonus attack speed 20-80% ⇒ 20-60%

Sion
