GTA 6 is without a doubt the most highly anticipated game, and it hasn't even been officially announced yet.

But, we do know its exists and various leaks have confirmed it.
GTA 6 Title
The Grand Theft Auto series has seen various different naming structures for its titles.
From the conventional Grand Theft Auto V, to having taglines such as a Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas.
It has been rumoured that the next title in the series will called Grand Theft Auto VI(CE) CITY.
By examining the "Height Of Society" from GTA Online's recent racing DLC, it does show a potential hint of the next game being focused around Florida and Mexico.
Miami is the city that Vice City is based on.
This is very similar to the 2002 game Grand Theft Auto: Vice City, except with a clever play on the word "VICE".
As most of us know, VI means 6 in Roman numerals, this is also similar to how Capcom have titled RE8, naming it Resident Evil VILLAGE, with the VILL meant to mean 8.
Until the game is officially announced this will remain a rumour, however it is believed that the game will be set in Vice City, so it is possible.
The creator of the rumour could have also been inspired by RE8 in naming it.

South America
There are rumours that the game could feature multiple different cities.
The game is rumoured to take place in Vice City, but also possibly somewhere in Mexico and a city based on Chicago.
Another rumour is a city based on Rio, instead of Mexico, but it is believed that a South American based city will be featured.
All locations are known for their large quantity of drugs that are shipped and sold, so it seems that if rumours are true it could centre around the narcotics trade.
Release Date
No official release date has been given for GTA 6, in fact the game hasn't even been announced yet.
But according to Venture Beat, Take-Two Interactive (the parent company of Rockstar) are looking to spend a massive $89 million in marketing during 2023/2024.
This would indicate that the company will be looking to promote a massive game, such as Grand Theft Auto.
With a decade passing since the release of GTA V, that sounds entirely plausible.
