Where to Buy Mondstadt Local Specialties

In Mondstadt, two little girls will provide players with a constant supply of Local Specialties.

At the main Entrance of Mondstadt city, you can NPC Flora behind a flower stand. Flora sells Sweet Flower, Windwheel Aster, Cecilia, Small Lamp Grass, and Calla Lily.
