What Is The Best Yoimiya Build In Genshin Impact?

Yoimiya is a 5-Star Pyro Bow user in Genshin Impact and the head of Naganohara Fireworks in Inazuma City.

An outgoing individual, Yoimiya is an absolute chatterbox with a heart of gold and is beloved by everyone on Narukami Island.

Following her family's tradition, every customer is given a completely custom firework and a slip of paper that only the Naganohara family can read detailing exactly how that firework was made.

This way, families can pass down their custom pieces from generation to generation, in the Naganohara's own interpretation of Eternity.

Yoimiya Best Artifacts

Ayaka's damage mostly comes from her Pyro DMG, so a 4-piece Shimenawa's Reminiscence set will suit her perfectly.

It almost seems like the set was specifically made for her.

Currently, the best Bow to use for Yoimiya is the new 5-Star Thundering Pulse, a bow that suits her needs almost perfectly.

Currently only available on the Epitome Invocation Banner, at Level 1 its stats are as follows:

• Base ATK: 46
• Secondary Stat Type: CRIT DMG
• Secondary Stat: 14.4%
• Ability: Rule By Thunder - Increases ATK by 20% and grants the might of the Thunder Emblem. At stack levels 1/2/3, the Thunder Emblem increases Normal Attack DMG by 12/24/40%. The character will obtain 1 stack of Thunder Emblem in each of the following scenarios: Normal Attack deals DMG (stack lasts 5s), casting Elemental Skill (stack lasts 10s); Energy is less than 100% (stack disappears when Energy is full). Each stack's duration is calculated independently.

When refined to Level 5, Rule By Thunder increases ATK by 40%, while Thunder Emblems increase Normal ATK DMB by 24/48/60%.

At Level 90, Thundering Pulse's stats are:

• Base ATK: 608
• Secondary Stat Type: CRIT DMG
• Secondary Stat: 66.2%

The next best weapon is the craftable 4-Star Bow, Hamayumi.

At Level 1, Hamayumi has the following stats:

• Base ATK: 41
• Secondary Stat Type: ATK
• Secondary Stat: 12%
• Ability: Full Draw - Increases Normal Attack DMG by 16% and Charged Attack DMG by 12%. When the equipping character's Energy reaches 100%, this effect is increased by 100%.

When refined to Level 5, Full Draw increases Normal Attack DMG by 32% and Charged Attack DMG by 24%.

When Hamayumi is Level 90, its stats are:

• Base ATK: 454
• Secondary Stat Type: ATK
• Secondary Stat: 55.1%

Yoimiya Best Teammates

Yoimiya is a Main DPS and works best with Xingqiu, Bennet, and Zhongli.

There are not many team comps out there that do not have Bennet for healing and attack buffs, while Xingqiu will make sure Yoimiya is putting out consistent Vaporize DMG.

Zhongli provides excellent shield support, allowing Yoimiya to get a bit closer to enemies while also debuffing foes.

Another team comp that works well for F2P fans consists of Amber, Kaeya, and Noelle, providing Elemental Resonance, Melt DMG, shielding, and healing.

Are Her Constellations Good?

• Agate Ryuukin - Constellation Level 1
  • The Aurous Blaze created by Ryukin Saxifrage lasts for an extra 4s. Additionally, when an opponent affected by Aurous Blaze is defeated within its duration, Yoimiya's ATK is increased by 20% for 20s.
• A Procession Of Bonfires - Constellation Level 2
  • When Yoimiya's Pyro DMG scores a CRIT Hit, Yoimiya will gain a 25% Pyro DMG Bonus for 6s. This effect can be triggered even when Yoimiya is not the active character.
• Trickster's Flare - Constellation Level 3
  • Increases the Level of Niwabi Fire-Dance by 3.
  • Maximum upgrade level is 15.
• Pyrotechnic Professional - Constellation Level 4
  • When Yoimiya's own Aurous Blaze triggers an explosion, Niwabi Fire-Dance's CD is decreased by 1.2s.
• A Summer Festival's Eve - Constellation Level 5
  • Increases the Level of Ryuukin Saxifrage by 3.
  • Maximum upgrade level is 15.
• Naganohara Meteor Swarm - Constellation Level 6
  • During Niwabi Fire-Dance, Yoimiya's Normal Attacks have a 50% chance of firing an extra Kindling Arrow that deals 60% of its original DMG. This DMG is considered Normal Attack DMG.

Yoimiya's constellations are all really solid, allowing her to do more damage over a more consistent period of time.

Even a C1 Yoimiya poses much more of a threat than a C0, and it will be interesting to see where she finally lands on the Genshin Impact Character Tier List once players have had a chance to put her through her paces.
