Kazuha is a wandering samurai from Inazuma in Genshin Impact and currently part of the crew in Beidou's Crux Fleet.
An Anemo Sword user, Kazuha can pull groups of enemies, similar to Sucrose of Venti, yet is a bit more focused on offense instead of utility.
A swift and versatile character, building Kazuha as a Sub DPS focused on Anemo support will give Genshin Impact players the optimal experience.
Kazuha Best Artifacts
Kazuha is best built to take advantage of his Anemo DMG and Swirl effects.
Boosting these effects with Viridescent Venerer gives Kazuha a 15% Anemo DMG Bonus for the two-piece set, and Increases Swirl DMG by 60% while decreasing an opponent's Elemental RES to the element infused in the Swirl by 40% for 10s for the four-piece set.
Genshin Impact players should focus on Elemental Mastery, Anemo DMG, and ATK% when choosing pieces from the set.
Kazuha Best Weapons
The best sword to use with Kazuha is the 5-Star Freedom-Sworn, a weapon that arrived with Genshin Impact 1.6.
Only available via Genshin Impact's Wish system, it has the following stats at Level 1:
- Base ATK: 46
- Secondary Stat Type: Elemental Mastery
- Secondary Stat: 43
- Ability: Revolutionary Chorale - A part of the "Millennial Movement" that wanders amidst the winds. Increases DMG by 10%. When the character wielding this weapon triggers Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion. This effect can be triggered once every 0.5s and can be triggered even if said character is not on the field.
When you possess 2 Sigils of Rebellion, all of them will be consumed and all nearby party members will obtain "Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" for 12s. "Millennial Movement: Song of Resistance" increases Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG by 16% and increases ATK by 20%. Once this effect is triggered, you will not gain Sigils of Rebellion for 20s.

When refined to Level 5, Revolutionary Chorale becomes:

An alternative to the Skyward Blade is the 4-Star Iron Sting, which has the following stats at Level 1:
- Base ATK: 42
- Secondary Stat Type: Elemental Mastery
- Secondary Stat: 36
- Ability: Infusion Stinger- Dealing Elemental DMG increases all DMG by 6% for 6s. Max 2 stacks. Can only occur once every 1s.
When refined to Level 5, Infusion Stinger increases Elemental DMG by 12% instead of 6%.
At Level 90, the Iron Sting has the following stats:
- Base ATK: 510
- Secondary Stat Type: Elemental Mastery
- Secondary Stat: 165
What is great about the Iron Sting is that it can be forged by players using the following:
- 1 Northlander Sword Billet
- 50 Crystal Chunks
- 50 White Iron Chunks
- 500 Mora
This makes it an easily obtainable weapon for Kazuha to use without having to worry about randomly pulling Freedom-Sworn from the weapon banner.
Kazuha Best Teammates
Being a Sub DPS, Kazuha works best with a heavy hitter on the front lines.
Right now there is almost no better Main DPS than Hu Tao, whose Pyro element perfectly swirls with Kazuha's Anemo.
Xingqiu, being an SS tier character as well, provides complimentary Elemental Reactions while also providing the additional benefits of a Sub DPS.
It should not surprise Genshin Impact players at this point to find that Bennett rounds out the list for healing and buffs.
Are His Constellations Good?
- Scarlet Hills - Constellation Level 1
- Decreases Chihayaburu's CD by 10%.
- Using Kazuha Slash resets the CD of Chihayaburu.

- Maple Monogatari - Constellation Level 3
- Increases the Level of Chihayaburu by 3.
- Maximum upgrade level is 15.

- When Kaedehara Kazuha's Energy is lower than 45, he obtains the following effects:
- Pressing or Holding Chihayaburu regenerates 3 or 4 Energy for Kaedehara Kazuha, respectively.
- When gliding, Kaedehara Kazuha regenerates 2 Energy per second.

Kazuha's constellations are pretty great, lowering cooldowns, increasing Elemental Mastery, and giving him Energy Recharge.
His final constellation infuses his basic attacks with Anemo, raising his attack slightly, but giving him many more opportunities to Swirl with other elements.
This piggybacks well with the party composition listed above, allowing Elemental Reactions with both Pyro and Hydro.
