Less than 48 hours from the release of Genshin Impact 3.3, Hoyoverse has revealed the full content of the banners of the first phase for the upcoming update.
The announcement also confirms that the developers will return to the 42 day-long patches starting with version 3.3. Here is the complete list of weapons and characters available in the first half of the upcoming update.

Scaramouche & Itto Banners Release Date
The first phase of Genshin Impact 3.3 will go live on December 7, 2022, around 11 am Server Time (Chinese Standard Time).

- December 7, 3 am GMT

Genshin Impact 3.3 First Phase Banners
The first banners of the upcoming update will feature Scaramouche (Wanderer) and the second rerun of the Crimson Oni, Arataki Itto.
Both banners will be available for 21 days for the first time since the interruption due to the COVID-19 Quarantine in Shangai.
These are the two banners of the first half of Genshin Impact 3.3
- From Ashes Reborn, the Banner will feature Scaramouche (Wanderer), a 5-star Anemo Catalyst Character.
- Oni's Royale is the rerun banner of Arataki itto, a 5-star Geo Claymore User.
The following 4-star characters complete the Banner.
- Yanfei - 4-star Pyro,Catalyst User
- Gorou - 4-star Geo, Bow User
- Faruzan - 4-star Anemo, Bow User who is debuting in these two banners.
Faruzan and Scaramouche are the first Anemo Characters since the introduction of Sumeru and the Dendro Archon. It would be interesting to see the new interactions with the Dendro Element.
Weapon Banner
The first Weapon Banner in Genshin Impact 3.3 will mark the debut of the 5-star Catalyst, Tullaytullah's Remembrance, the signature weapon for Scaramouche.
For the second 5-star in the Banner, we will get the Redhorn Stonethresher, a very niche weapon that is viable only for Noelle and Itto.
