Data miners have revealed tons of details about the upcoming Genshin Impact 2.3 Arataki itto Banner, and with that, we finally know the identity of the two 4-stars characters joining the Geo Duo!
Arataki Itto and Gorou are just some days away from their official launch, so here's everything we know about them so far.
LATEST - Arataki Itto and Gorou Baner Breakdown
Oni's Royale, the third character banner in Genshin Impact 2.3, will arrive on December 14, 2021, at 5 am server time.
For different regions, the update will arrive at the following times locally:
- December 13, 1:00 p.m. PT
- December 13, 4:00 p.m. EST
- December 13, 9:00 p.m. GMT
This Banner will feature Arataki Itto, Inazuma's Bad Boy, a 5-star Geo Claymore User.
According to the leak the chances to obtain the following 4-star characters will be increased:
- Gorou - Geo (Bow) - New Character
- Xiangling - Pyro (Polearm)
- Barbara - Hydro (Catalyst)
Genshin Impact 2.3 will see 4 Geo characters featured in character banners. Albedo and Noelle came on the first half of the patch.
In the second half, we are receiving two new Geo characters. Gorou's kit is designed to be the Cornerstone of a possible Mono Geo Team (4 geo characters).
At the same time, Arataki Itto seems to be the ideal DPS for this Dream Team, combining strong sustained DMg with enhanced Normal Attacks and powerful and long Elemental Burst.
All these Geo characters are receiving a great buff with the release of the new artifact Husk of Opulent Dreams that will provide +30% more DEF with two pieces and a big buff to Geo DMG with 4 pieces.
The only inconvenience will be the long hours in the Slumbering Court domain farming enough pieces for 4 characters.
The first Weapon Banner for Genshin Impact 2.3 was released on November 24. The Banner includes the re-run of two 5-star weapons.
|5-star||Song of Broken Pines||Claymore||Physical DMG||Increases the wielder’s ATK. When Normal or Charged Attacks hit opponents, the character gains a Sigil of Whispers (once every 0.3s). When you reach 4 Sigils, all will be consumed and all nearby party members will get increased Normal ATK SPD and ATK for 12s. Once this triggers, you gain no Sigils for 20s. Buffs of the same type won’t stack.|
|5-star||Freedom-Sworn||Sword||Elemental Masterya||Increases DMG by 20%. When the character triggers Elemental Reactions, they gain a Sigil of Rebellion, every 0.3s. When you reach 4 Sigils, all will be consumed and all nearby party members will get increased Normal, Charged, and Plunging Attack DMG by 32% and increases ATK by 40%. Once this triggers, you gain no Sigils for 20s. Buffs of the same type won’t stack|
- Song of Broken Pines is a mighty Claymore that benefits characters' physical DMG.
- Best for Eula, Razor.
- Freedom-Sworn is a sword that benefits Elemental Mastery users, not very viable with the current characters.
- Best for Kazuha, Albedo.
The Weapon banner will include the following 4-star weapons:
- Dragon's Bane (Polearm)
- Sacrificial Greatsword (Claymore)
- Wine and Song (Catalyst)
- Lion's Roar (Sword)
- Alley Hunter (Bow)
Eula and Albedo Banner
Eula's Born of Ocean Swell and Albedo's Secretum Secretorum banners were released on November 24, 2021.
The two banners share the same 4-star characters. The chances of pulling the following 4-star characters will be increased:
- Bennet - Pyro (Sword)
- Noelle - Geo (Claymore)
- Rosaria - Cryo (Polearm)
How will the new double Banner work?
Even though they will look similar, these are two different banners releasing at the same time. Besides 4-star characters, these are the other aspects they also share:
- The Character Banner and the New Banner will use the same currency: Intertwined Fates.
- Both Banners, Albedo's and Eula's, share the same Pity system and the same 50/50.
- These pity counts are independent of other types of Banners, Standard Wish or Weapon Event Wish.
For example, if players do not get Albedo spending 50 wishes, after 40 wishes in the Eula banner, they are guaranteed to get a 5-star character.
Just make sure you wish on the correct Banner!
