After the announcement earlier this year that Ezio Auditore da Firenze would be coming to Fortnite, we now believe that Eivor will be joining him very soon!
While there is no confirmation just yet, the relevant files were found in the latest Fortnite Update, 20.10. With the skin and all relevant content being uploaded in this update, we can guess that the skin should be available sometime in the next two weeks.
Eivor is coming to Fortnite
To get your hands on the Ezio skin in Fortnite, you needed to pre-order the Assassin's Creed Valhalla: Dawn of Ragnarök DLC on the Epic Store. It will be available in the Fortnite store at a later date, but nothing has popped up yet.
We think it's safe to assume that the Eivor skin should be released either as a standalone skin or as part of a wider set of Assassin's Creed cosmetics. It's unlikely - although not impossible - for Epic to hide Eivor behind a secondary purchase, as they did with Ezio.
In all likelihood, Eivor should cost around 1,800 V-Bucks as a standalone skin purchase but if there is a bundle including Valhalla themed extras we expect the price to rise to around 2,200-2,800 V-Bucks.
We've not seen too many crossover skins in Fortnite Chapter 3 so far, but it's not unusual for things like this to take time to pick up when a new Chapter begins. There has been a much bigger focus placed on original skins, which seems to have made up for the end of Chapter 2 where the licensed/crossover skins massively outnumbered the original content.
