One of the keys to long-term success in football is having quality players that you can rely on for years to come. With that in mind we have scoured the beta to find the best young players around.
These are guys that already have first-team quality for even the giants of world football and can turn games in an instant. They are all aged from 20 to 23, which means they aren't wonderkids anymore, just supremely talented footballers that will continue to improve ove the next 5 years and will deliver when it counts.
Kylian Mbappe, Paris SG (CA 181 - PA 196)

Value: £86 million
Of course Kylian Mbappe is at the top of this group. After graduating from the wonderkids group on his 20th birthday, he is the best young player in FM20.
The World Cup winner boasts 20 pace and acceleration, with 18 flair, off the ball, composure, and dribbling. He's deadly in front of goal with 17 finishing and 16 first touch, and will great too due to his 16 anticipation, 16 decisions, and 16 technique.
Ousmane Dembele, Barcelona (CA 169 - PA 185)

As if to emphasis France's glittering future, Mbappe's compatriot Ousmane Dembele is next on our list. The Barcelona winger arrived as a direct replacement for Neymar, but has struggled to fill those boots so far.

Leroy Sane, Man City (CA 167 - PA 177)

Another German, the Man City man came up with Schalke before moving to the Premier League side in 2016.
