Once you have connected your FUT 23 account to an Amazon Prime account you will get your pack for free.

Claiming your free Twitch Prime Gaming Pack in Ultimate Team is relatively straightforward.

  2. Connect your EA SPORTS account to your Twitch account.

  6. Head to the Store.
  7. Go to the 'My Packs' section of the Store.
