To the shock of FIFA fans, Arsenal centre-back William Saliba was recently found bald in all game modes including Quick Play modes, Ultimate Team and Career Mode.
We thought that this would be a sign of the arrival of a new face scan for the French defender and we were not wrong.
EA has finally corrected this and given Saliba a brand new face scan, along with twelve other players in FIFA 23 including two female stars.
Refreshed Frenchman
Arsenal centre-half Saliba has been simply outstanding since returning to the Emirates last summer after his loan spells in France.
Despite the centre-back role being arguably the most difficult to master in the Premier League, the French defender has been touted as one of the best in the division this season at the age of just 21.
With the young defender catching the eye of so many supporters, it was only right that EA updated his face scan and actually gave him hair in-game...
The Frenchman now looks as up-to-date as any player in FIFA 23 as he sports his fresh skin fade and trademark goatee.
As mentioned previously, it's not just Saliba who's had his face scan updated this time around, though...
13 fresh faces
William Saliba is just one of thirteen players to have received a new face scan in FIFA 23 this week.
Former Manchester United and Machester City striker Carlos Tevez is the most notable name from the rest of the list, with the Boca Juniors number nine now rocking a new look in-game.
The same goes for Spurs transfer target Marcos Senesi and veteran centre-back Martin Demichelis.
Manchester United women's forward Adriana Leon has also had a new face scan added to the game alongside Mexican attacker Charlyn Corral.
