With April now over more Player of the Month nominees have been announced, with Ligue 1 revealing a shortlist, voting open, and the winner set to gain a boosted card in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team!
EA has just released the official shortlist of three players who will compete for your votes to become April's Ligue 1 POTM.
Check out who the nominees are below and what their card could look like with a boost in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team if they win the Ligue 1 Player of the Month award for April.
Ligue 1 POTM April Nominees Revealed
All the matches have now been played in April, with three more nominees put forward for the Ligue 1 Player of the Month award.
Again, we have an attacking trio to pick from, with a familiar face returning who already has a POTM SBC live in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team!
The following players have been nominated for Ligue 1's April Player of the Month award:
- Lois Openda
- Alexis Sanchez
- Grejohn Kyei

Lois Openda (OVR 89)
The winner of March's Player of the Month Award, could Lois Openda make it two in a row and claim April's Ligue 1 POTM?
His Team of the Week items and POTM SBC have been hugely popular in Ultimate Team, with his latest having maximum pace and the stats of a 95-rated striker with a Marksman chem style attached.
The Belgian scored three and assisted one in four matches during April as Lens won three games, although their loss did hit hard as it came against league leaders PSG.
Alexis Sanchez (OVR 88)
Marseille crept into second place during April, which would guarantee a Champions League Group Stage place, thanks to going unbeaten throughout the month.
Alexis Sanchez put in some top performances, popping up with a goal and an assist, including the vital winner against Auxerre.
He may gain an upgrade, but a POTM item will come nowhere near close to his Community TOTS and Fantasy FUT items already in the game.
Grejohn Kyei (OVR 86)
Clermont Foot's Grejohn Kyei is the frontrunner for the Ligue 1 POTM award, with the big striker on fire for the club in April.
He doubled his goal involvements for the campaign in the month, scoring five and assisting two as his side won all five matches.
It wasn't just that he contributed so much during the month, but also that his involvements were vital to securing points.
If you took away his goals and assists then Clermont Foot would only have gained five points in April, as opposed to the full 15!
