FIFA 23 - It's LAST chance saloon for these Future Stars

The Future Stars promo is set to take over from the Team of the Year (TOTY) campaign very soon in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team.

The Future Stars event will highlight the brightest breakthrough talents in world football who are 23 years of age and under.

This means that this year is a number of players' final opportunity to be included in the Future Stars promotional campaign, as they are about to turn 24 years old.

Argentinian striker Julian Alvarez has been a revelation since joining Manchester City. He has become much more than just an understudy to the world-class Erling Haaland.

Alvarez was sensational at the 2022 World Cup, scoring four goals and helping his country lift the most coveted trophy in football.

According to various reports, Julian Alvarez will be included in this year's promo, just in time before he turns 24 years old.

Gianluigi Donnarumma (OVR 93)

What we are sure will come as a surprise to many, Paris Saint-Germain goalkeeper Gianluigi Donnarumma has never been included in a Future Stars squad in FUT.

The Italian international already has multiple honours to his name including a Euro 2020 Euros winners medal.

Now on the cusp of turning 24, will EA finally hand the elite GK a Future Stars item in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team?

When the news that Gabriel Jesus was sidelined for over three months back in November broke, football fans across the country predicted the imminent collapse of Arsenal as 23-year-old Eddie Nketiah was set to fill the number nine role.

However, the young Englishman has been outstanding for the Gunners and is one of the most promising strikers in the Premier League right now.

Nketiah could be handed an 87 OVR Future Stars card that boasts brilliant pace, shooting and dribbling stats in FUT 23.

Riqui Puig (OVR 85)

Riqui Puig is one of those names that constantly pops up when looking for young midfielders to sign in Career Mode.

The Spanish centre-mid has bags of talent but never managed to break into the Barcelona first team as a regular, leading to a move to LA Galaxy.

Now 23 years of age, will EA give recognition to the La Masia academy graduate and include him in the FIFA 23 Future Stars squad?
