FIFA 23 - Best overpowered 50k Ultimate Team starter XI as of January 2023

If you've recently got your hands on FIFA 23 over the Christmas period, you'll need to build a cheap Ultimate Team XI that can compete with the stacked top-tier squads in FUT Champions.

Well, we're here to help. We've constructed the most overpowered FUT starter squad possible for under 50,000 coins!

You will need to set up in the 4-2-4 formation in order to achieve full chemistry with every player in the team.

However, we recommend switching to the 4-2-3-1 system in-game as this will allow you to get the best out of each and every card selected.

Defence

We've saved most of our budget for the attacking positions, with the defence costing a combined sum of just 10,100 coins.

Pacey centre-backs Lukas Klostermann and Josko Gvardiol are pretty much timeless in FUT 23, with both players possessing quality way beyond their base ratings.

Midfield

Attack

Ferran Torres is the facilitator in the attack. His Barcelona links allow the likes of Franck Kessie, Memphis Depay and the main man up front to get full chemistry.

The Frenchman's five-star skill moves and five-star weak foot make him perfect for the striker role, allowing you to turn in tight spaces in the box and get your shot away on either foot.

Fellow France international Kingsley Coman is the most expensive player in the squad and for good reason. Raw pace coupled with five-star skill moves makes the Bayern Munich forward a frightening prospect for defenders.
