FIFA 22 TOTW 3 Countdown: Team three out now with two OTW players included

Team of the Week 3 is out now in Ultimate Team, with a couple of Ones to Watch cards getting a boost along the way!

Team of the Week 3 is out, with exciting looking cards for Foden, David and Embolo.

Not only do they catch the eye, but TWO One's to Watch items also feature this week.

Locatelli and Talisca both made TOTW, meaning their OTW cards will receive a boost!

Flashback SBCs are back!

EA has released the very first Flashback SBC card of FIFA 22!

Ex Barcelona and Chelsea winger Pedro has been selected as the first Flashback card of FUT 22, receiving an 86 OVR card with an insane 98 Acceleration, 93 Agility and 93 Balance.

Release Date

The third TOTW squad in FIFA 22 will be released on Wednesday, 6 October.

It looks like EA will continue to release the squad at 11 am ET / 4 pm BST, so keep your eyes peeled!

Player cards from TOTW 3 will only be available until the next week is revealed. This means you have 7 days to try and pack the players you want.

Locatelli to receive OTW boost

Juventus were made to work hard for their 1-0 win away at Torino, and it was one of Italy’s Summer Stars that won them the game.

Manuel Locatelli’s curling 86th-minute winner could be enough to earn him a place in TOTW 3, and an upgrade to his OTW card!

This boost would likely take his OTW card to an 84 OVR, so it could be worth investing in given it's selling for around 10k coins right now.

Ones to Watch Team 2

We are also set for the reveal of the next Ones to Watch team this week.

The team is expected to be live on Friday, 8 October at 1 pm ET / 6 pm BST. The Team 1 cards will be rotated out of the game from this point.

Predictions

There's no shortage of players who are in contention for a spot on TOTW 3, but we think Atletico Madrid striker Luis Suarez could be this week's top pick.

Joining him up top could be Hwang Hee-Chan who bagged two goals for Wolves against Newcastle. Both goals were assisted by strike partner Raul Jiminez who makes a case for inclusion himself.

Filip Kostic could also be one of the more popular picks this week after his superb display against champions Bayern Munich.

Spanish Premier League defenders Cesar Azpilicueta and Diego Llorente could also feature having helped their sides to victory over the weekend.

Silver Stars making a return?

One of our favourite match modes in FIFA 21 Ultimate Team was the Live FUT Friendly: Silver Lounge.

The lounge offered something a little different and forced players into using cards they would ordinarily assign to the waste pile!

Fingers crossed we see these return this week, and a Trevor Chalobah Silver Stars card would be a great way to kick off the returning promo.

Last year the Silver Stars ran for the duration of the FUT cycle, so you don't want to fall behind in obtaining these players.
