It's go-time, the TOTY has arrived!
It's a star-studded squad, with one very noticeable omission!
Cristiano Ronaldo, Robert Lewandowski and Kylian Mbappe head a front three that does not feature Barcelona's Lionel Messi!

Ramos Confirmed
The second TOTY player has been confirmed, with Real Madrid's Sergio Ramos joining Kevin De Bruyne in the line-up.
This morning, Man City revealed their midfielder De Bruyne will be part of the TOTY promo.

No Messi or Ronaldo?
Has one of Lionel Messi or Cristiano Ronaldo been excluded from this year's XI?
That is what it looks like judging from one source on Twitter.
Release Date
The TOTY event is next up!
Voting closed on Monday, 18 January, and the official TOTY XI will be revealed on Friday 22, January.
The event will likely go live at 6pm GMT in line with the other promo events we have seen so far.

Anticipation has been building for a long time now ahead of this event.
Team of the Year will bring with it some awesome cards that will be highly sought after and very expensive!

TOTY Predictions
As ever, we have predicted who we think will make the promo squad.
Legendary stars Cristiano Ronaldo, Lionel Messi and Sergio Ramos are almost permanent fixtures in the squad, and we can’t see that changing just yet!
click to enlarge + 3We are sure to see some of the Bayern contingent too after they dominated Europe last season. The likes of Manuel Neuer, Joshua Kimmich and Robert Lewandowski all have a great chance of selection.
