eFootball 2023 is ramping up the content in recent weeks, with this latest update bringing a host of changes to the game.

Not only will more teams than ever be available to use, a certain Premier League manager will also make his debut in Konami's game.

As part of the brand new Title v2.4 update, Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has received a special manager card that is available to unlock in Dream Team.

Pep Guardiola, the great Spanish general arrives to eFootball 2023 as part of a Manager Pack alongside Johan Cruyff and Fabio Cannavaro.

Managers can increase the game experience gained for player progression of "Dream Team".

In fact, Guardiola is now the most powerful managerial card in the game, as he can increase your team's XP by 400%.

Previously, Guardiola's likeness has only been seen in FIFA, but the Spanish managerial legend now has fingers in two pies, with the Citizens boss now available in eFootball 2023.

Update v2.4

Not only has the Man City boss been added to the game, but there has also been a host of new additions made to the free-to-play offering.

Here's a breakdown of all the major additions to the game:

  • 97 clubs can now be played in Trial Match & Friend Match mode
  • Konami gifts Brazilian Legend card to celebrate Carnivals with its players
  • Konami gifts Japanese Legend cards to celebrate the 30th anniversary of the J-League
  • Pep Guardiola manager card now available, increasing XP for players by up to 400%
  • Player Transfers – major players from the January transfer window now here
  • Gameplay changes

Following a tough start to life, it truly looks as if eFootball is stepping things up, and we can't wait to see what comes next.
