Warzone Pacific Season 5 could well just be the last hurrah for the current iteration of Warzone. Fortunately for fans though, a mid-season update is still on the cards in the run-up to Warzone 2.

Although we have limited details about the update so far, the Roadmap released with Season 5 on the 24th of August does provide us with some information.

This would place the update around the 5th of October, and while the figure is just a guess so far, we'll be sure to update you when we have more accurate intel.

New Weapons in Season 5 Reloaded

The Season 5 roadmap has also clued us in on 2 brand new assault rifles coming to Warzone Pacific. The BP50 and Lienna 57 will be arriving for the mid-season update, and will no doubt be a welcome shake-up to the meta.

We don't have much information yet about the Lienna, but the BP50 is rumoured to resemble the F2000 from Modern Warfare 2. Hopefully, the high fire-rate AR will be a welcome addition to Caldera.

New Operators in Season 5 Reloaded

With two Classic Villains in Khaled Al Asad and Raul Menendez already arriving in Season 5, fans have a host of playable characters at their disposal in Warzone Pacific.

Two more operators are now rumoured to be arriving for the mid-season update. The first is Rorke, who was the main antagonist in the previous title Call of Duty: Ghosts.

The other is Seraph, a more recent addition added in Black Ops III, who long-time fans may recognise from wielding the one-shot menace that was the Annihilator.

These operators will be available in their respective bundles when the new Warzone update drops, likely with the usual price point of 2400 CoD points.

Stay tuned for all balance updates and news on how to get your hands on the new weapons as the mid-season update and Call of Duty: Next approaches.
