Premier League side Wolves have parted ways with Portuguese head coach Bruno Lage this week following a disappointing defeat against West Ham last time out.

The former Benfica boss was well-backed in the transfer window earlier in the summer, but has not produced the results on-pitch this season with Wolves having won just one of their opening seven Premier League games.

With the board's quest for a new head coach set to get underway, RealSport101's Harry Smith is on hand to give you the latest odds to replace Bruno Lage as Wolves manager.

Lage's Wolves departure: As it happened

Bruno Lage was appointed as Wolves boss in June 2021 following the departure of the popular manager Nuno Espirito Santo, who had joined Spurs for what would be a short-lived stay in London.

Lage guided the Midlands club to a tenth-place finish in his first campaign at Molineux, but a return of no wins from the club's final seven league games gave cause for concern.

The Portuguese boss added Matheus Nunes, Sasa Kalajdzic and Gonçalo Guedes to his ranks in the summer, but one win from the opening seven league games of the 2022/23 Premier League season was deemed an underachievement by the board.
