Rocket League - When does Season 8 end?

Rocket League Season 9 is now right around the corner, with a brand new Rocket Pass and one of the best-looking themes we've seen yet. There's much more to come as the holidays approach, with a new event and limited-time modes to celebrate Christmas and deck out your ride.

There's still plenty of time to get the most out of Season 8 though, and earn exclusive rewards in the process. Ranked rewards are just the beginning, even as the World Cup comes to an end. Here's everything you need to know about when the Season ends and what to expect.

Rocket League Season 8 End Date

Season 8 will come to an end on the 6th of December, ready for the new update to drop. Expect some server downtime for maintenance, and a fresh new look once they come back up for the release of Season 9 the following day.

The Nike FC Cup will come to an end as Rocket League Season 8 does, but there's still plenty of time to take part in the event. We expect Frosty Fest to drop once again for the holiday season, with exclusive items to earn. There's also a chance to get your hands on some you missed in previous seasons.

Season 8 Rewards

There's still plenty of time to get what you can from Rocket League Season 8 before it ends. Player Banners are available as the rewards for this ranked season, as well as other perks for players who have reached the higher ranks.

There are also tons of perks available in the Rocket Pass, including the new underglow released for this Season, and some gorgeous chromas at the higher tiers. These will become unavailable when the season resets so don't miss your chance!
