adidas Originals has taken to Instagram to reveal the new "Animal Print Blue" Pharrell x adidas Hu NMDs.
Despite Ye's Yeezys making headlines as of late, especially following all the excitement of Yeezy Day 2022, it would appear the spotlight has shifted a little over to Ye's musical peer Pharrell Williams and the ongoing reimagining of his Hu NMD line.
For example, we saw the "Animal Print Orange" NMDs arrive not too long ago, a relative of the upcoming blue colourway, which marked the first time the cheetah-like pattern appeared on a pair of Pharrell's Hu sneakers.
With the first orange design being completely unique to anything we'd seen before, the upcoming "Animal Print Blue" colourway has somewhat of a tough act to follow. From what we've seen so far though, it looks like adidas and Pharrell have smashed it out of the park once again with its next Hu release.
With that in mind, here's everything we know about their debut so far...
Pharrell x adidas Hu NMD Animal Print Blue Release Date
adidas' Instagram post confirms that the "Animal Print Blue" Pharrell NMDs are available now as of the 13 August 2022.
We'd recommend acting fast if you're interested in picking up a pair of shoes in line to be considered among some of the best sneakers to rock this summer.
Pharrell x adidas Hu NMD Animal Print Blue Design
The multi-hyphenate Pharrell Williams has never been one to hold back with his Hu NMD designs, so it's perhaps a little unsurprising to see these "Animal Print Blue" sneakers featuring a familiar, bold cheetah-print pattern across the uppers.
More specifically, you'll find the uppers dressed in irregular yellow and black embroidered spots, which are then contrasted by the blue Primeknit baselayer.
This blue tone is then continued across the Boost midsole units, whilst the interior lining arrives in black and grey to match the outsoles.
The TPU cages then introduce a third orange tone into the already busy colour scheme. The shoes also come with alternate orange laces if you're looking to add a little more symmetry to your sneakers.
This is because the "Animal Print Blue" NMDs arrive with lime green laces as standard, adding yet another colour to complete this completely unique Hu NMD design.
Pharrell x adidas Hu NMD Animal Print Blue Price
The new "Animal Print Blue" Hu NMDs are currently listed on the adidas CONFIRMED app for £180.
This is around the same price as the orange "Animal Print" colourway that debuted earlier this year, thus continuing recent trends in Pharrell Williams' Hu sneakers.

As mentioned, the "Animal Print Blue" Hu NMDs are currently listed on the adidas CONFIRMED app right now, although we'd recommend acting fast to secure your pair before they sell-out.
