NBA 2K23 Season 2 has a ton of new items including the latest Dreamer Packs but that's not what we're going over today.
We're going to take a look at the first set of celebrities to make it into the game via the Crossover Series.
Let's go over that and a few other things on our Season 2 to-do list.
UPDATED - Crossover Series
The first set of celebrities has joined MyTEAM in NBA 2K23 Season 2 with the new Crossover Series cards.
Both Jack Harlow and J. Cole are in MyTEAM right now and you can get their ruby cards for free, both of which are 89 OVR cards.
To get the J. Cole card, you'll need to complete a Triple Threat game to 21 points, set to Semi-Pro.
It's the same process for the Jack Harlow card and then you can use both cards to complete the final NBA 2K23 Season 2 Crossover Series challenge.
NBA 2K23 Season 2 Release Date
We're still in the grips of the first season but when you think about it the next season is actually just around the corner.
The NBA 2K23 Season 2 release date is October 21, 2022, barring any setbacks which we believe, aren't likely to happen. 2K has been very diligent with their releases for NBA 2K23.
With the release date a few weeks away, you still have time to earn all of the rewards that are available in Season 1, this includes Limited Weekend, where a Championship Ring is up for grabs.
If you've yet to purchase the game, you can grab a copy before the start of NBA 2K23 Season 2 by using the link below.
MyTEAM Updates for Season 2
As with every Season, MyTEAM is likely going to receive several updates which include additional rewards and packs.
NBA 2K23 Season 2 will begin right as the NBA season begins so we expect various Locker Codes and packs will be released around that time too.
Along with new packs come several new Agendas that you can take advantage of in NBA 2K23 Season 2 to earn XP and get to Level 40.
Unfortunately, the Level 40 reward hasn't been revealed yet but you can expect the rewards to be announced shortly before the release date of Season 2.
MyCAREER Updates for Season 2
Similar to MyTEAM, there are bound to be updates for MyCAREER when NBA 2K23 Season 2 launches, especially when it comes to rewards.
The current Level 40 reward in The City for Season 1 is the four-seater golf cart. Perhaps mascots will make a return for the Level 40 reward in Season 2.
Currently, there are tons of events going on in MyCAREER over the weekend including the Ruffles 4-Point Ridge Tournament on Saturday and Club 2K on Friday.
Once everything is revealed for NBA 2K23 Season 2, we'll update you here.
What's happening in Season 1?
There are still several events going on in Season 1 at the moment including Limited Week 4, which offers tons of rewards.
Along with that, new packs have been revealed in MyTEAM as the Timeless Packs hit the Pack Market today.
There are several cards available in this NBA 2K23 MyTEAM set and they're not actually too expensive. However, there are only two pack boxes available.
Here are the prices for each of the packs available:
- Timeless Pack (Single) - 11,250 VC or 15,750 MT
- Timeless (10-Pack Box) - 99K VC
