AEW Fight Forever Reveal COUNTDOWN: Start time for gameplay and roster reveals

Some major AEW Fight Forever news is finally on the way, and the countdown is on for what is sure to be an exciting reveal.

We know that gameplay footage will be shown, but the two new roster reveals for AEW Fight Forever could also be huge.

AEW Fight Forever Reveal Countdown: Stream Start Date & Time

AEW Fight Forever was originally announced as an untitled console game under development between AEW Games and Yuke's in November 2020, and plenty has changed since that time.

We've seen glimpses of gameplay footage evolve with each small drop, and the influence of SmackDown! Here Comes The Pain is looking more and more prevalent.

After months of silence was broken by Tony Khan confirming AEW Fight Forever as the name of their upcoming console game, we've got more on the way.

On Wednesday, May 4, 2022 at approximately 11am ET, a new reveal will go live as part of All Elite Arcade on Twitch via the AEW Games channel.

We've embedded their channel above so you can watch the stream live as it happens right here, but you can also visit the AEW Games Twitch channel by clicking here.

Which AEW Fight Forever roster members could be revealed?

Since development began, we've seen some version of footage featuring Kenny Omega, Chris Jericho, Hikaru Shida, Darby Allin, and Jungle Boy.

Each of those have come at different stages of development and from very different versions of the game, but we expect to get some all new options this time.

With AEW Games explicitly advertising this as a gameplay reveal with two "wrestler reveals," it's unlikely the footage will be centered on people we've already seen.

DEATH RIDER: Moxley could be showcased in the new footage

Top group Blackpool Combat Club would be great to see, especially a rising star like Wheeler Yuta, but with three in that group they seem unlikely to be the focus.

This gameplay reveal is most likely going to be footage from a single match, even if it's only a clip, and as a result we'll probably get two new wrestlers facing off against each other.

They've not shown off any women's wrestling footage with the exception of the very early render of Hikaru Shida, so going with a pairing like Britt Baker and Thunder Rosa or Jade and Ruby Soho could be possible.

However, with AEW Double or Nothing looming, we're expecting the showcase may be CM Punk and "Hangman" Adam Page squaring off in AEW Fight Forever ahead of their upcoming title match.
