Honkai: Star Rail Jing Yuan Build
Jing Yuan is an attacker, so this should be considered when making a build for him. Let’s start our build with Relics, Light Cones, and Planar Ornaments. Below are the ones that suit Jing Yuan the best:
Relics
Band of Sizzling Thunder | 2 Set: Increases Lightning DMG by 10%.
4 Set: When the wearer uses Skill, increases the wearer’s ATK by 25% |

Planar Ornaments
Inert Salsotto | 2 Set: Increases the wearer’s CRIT Rate by 8%. When the wearer’s current CRIT Rate reaches 50% or higher, the wearer’s Ultimate and follow-up attack DMG increases by 15%. |

Band of Sizzling Thunder
To begin with, you need to collect four sets of the Band of Sizzling Thunder. This relic is the best for this character and will help you gain a significant advantage, as it will increase your attack when using the skill and also strengthen your lightning. This will help you a lot, especially when fighting multiple enemies.
Before Dawn
The next step is to get a Before Dawn light cone, which in collaboration with Band of Sizzling Thunder will deal devastating damage to enemies. Since the Relic will increase your attack and Light Cone will deal critical damage, you will be almost invincible on the battlefield.
If you don't have Before Dawn, you can replace it with Sagacity or Data Bank. These items will be easier to get because, unlike Before Dawn, these items are three stars. The former increases your attack for two turns, and the latter increases your damage on a permanent basis.
Inert Salsotto
Let's move on to Planar Ornaments. The best of them is Inert Salsotto since in combination with the previous items, it will increase your crit rate.
And if you reach the 50% crit rate mark, your attacks will deal 15% more damage, which is definitely the best option for your character's development.
