Collei, the young Forest Ranger we meet in the Genshin Impact Manga, is becoming a playable character in Genshin Impact 3.0.
Everything indicates Collei will be the first Dendro character in the game, and recent leaks have reportedly revealed a big part of her kit.

Collei Release Date
Collei will be available in Genshin Impact 3.0, which is expected to go live on August 24, 2022, if there are no changes in Hoyoverse's 2022 schedule.
How to obtain Collei?
According to information from the Genshin Impact 3.0 beta and Leaks, Collei will be a reward from the main event of Genshin Impact 3.0, Carving of Innocence.
Additionally, Collei will be featured in the same banner as Tighnari, the new 5-star Dendro Character.
Collei's Abilities – Skill Set
Collei has a straightforward set of abilities, and as a result, we think Hoyoverse designed her to be the character that introduces the Dendro element in Genshin Impact.
Normal Attack: Supplicant's Bowmanship
Collei performs 3 consecutive shots with her bow. Then, in the last attack of her attack sequence, Collei throws her boomerang.

Collei throws a floral boomerang that damages enemies with Dendro while returning to Collei's hands.

Elemental Burst: Trump Card Kitty
Collei asked for the assistance of her mechanical cat, Cuilein-Anbar, to inflict AoE Dendro DMG.
This would work similarly to other characters in Genshin Impact, like Xianling, Itto, and Amber. However, Collei's companion creates a circle in which enemies receive DMG.

Passive Talents
Yelan Talents are focused on increasing the HP and the overall Damage Output.
Gliding Champion from Sumeru
- Decreases gliding Stamina consumption for your own party members by 20%.
- Same as Amber’s passive talent
Floral Sidewinder
- If one of your party members has triggered a Dendro Reaction before the Floral Ring returns, it will grant the character the Sprout effect.
- Sprout will deal Dendro DMG equivalent to 40% of Collei's ATK to nearby opponents for 3s.
- If another Sprout effect is triggered during its initial duration, the initial effect will be removed.
The Languid Wood
- When a character within the Cuilein-Anbar Zone triggers a Dendro Reaction, the Zone's duration will be increased by 1s.
- Collei Elemental Burst, Trump-Card Kitty, can be extended by up to 3s.
Latest - Collei Specialty
Collei's Specialty is a 3-star dish called Yearning, is the variation of the Pita Pocket.
Yearning looks a bit more like a meat tartlet with a decoration in the Pita Bread.
The recipe requires the following ingredients:
- 3 Raw Meat
- 3 Flour
- 2 Tomato
- 2 Milk
Effects
Yearning restores 40% of the Max HP and an additional, 2350HP to the selected character.
Constellations
Some of Collei's constellations are focused on increasing her support capabilities in teams that rely on Dendro Reactions, the new element in Genshin Impact.

If any of your party members triggers Burning, Quicken, Intensify. Spread, Overgrow, Hyperbloom, or Burgeon reactions before this instance of the Sprout effect ends, it will extend the Sprout effect by 3s.

C3 - Scent of Summer | Increases the Level of Floral Brush by three. Maximum upgrade is now 15. |

C6 - Forest of Falling Arrows | When the Floral Ring hits opponents, it will create a miniature Cuilein-Anbar that will deal 200% of Collei's ATK as Dendro DMG. Each Floral Brush can only create one such miniature Cuilein-Anbar. |
