The return of the Fantasy FUT campaign is here and EA is rolling out the promo content in style in FIFA 23.
Alongside the release of the Team 1 squad in packs, several Fantasy FUT cards have been made available to unlock via SBCs and Objectives too.
In a once in a lifetime offer, EA has made David Ginola's incredible Fantasy FUT Hero item available to claim for free in Ultimate Team.
There is a slight catch, however, as you'll be unlocking Fantasy FUT Hero Ginola on a 5-game loan basis, although you can use him in unlimited FUT Friendly matches.

David Ginola (OVR 91)
Start Date: Friday, 3 March
Expiry Date: Friday, 10 March
Objective requirements
You will need to complete five separate tasks in order to unlock the 91-rated Ginola card for your Ultimate Team, which is, of course, eligible for further upgrades.
As a group reward for completing all five mini-objectives, you will not only receive the loan Ginola card but also an 80+ 5 Players Pack.
The requirements are as follows:
England Title Contenders
- Win 7 matches in any Game Mode with 6 Premier League Players in your starting squad.
Reward: 81+ Two Rare Gold Players Pack
French Connection
- Assist 15 goals with a Ligue 1 Player in any Game Mode.
Reward: Fantasy FUT Hero Team 1 10-Game Loan Player Pick
Great View At The Top
- Play 10 matches in any Game Mode with 6 Serie A Players in your starting squad.
Reward: 81+ Two Rare Gold Players Pack
Iron Union
- Score 15 goals with a Bundesliga Player in any Game Mode.
Reward: Fantasy FUT Team 1 10-Game Loan Player Pick
Clinical Catalans
- Score at least 2 goals in 4 separate matches with a LaLiga Player in any Game Mode.
Reward: 81+ Two Rare Gold Players Pack
Fantasy FUT upgrade system
As you are probably already aware, Fantasy FUT cards, including Heroes, are eligible for upgrades after the campaign launch.
Fantasy FUT players will receive an initial upgrade at launch and then will be eligible for a further +4 OVR upgrade, as well as the chance to add three new traits to their special card.
