Tammy Abraham (OVR 71 – POT 85)
Those in the know will be very much aware that Bristol City’s Tammy Abraham is on loan from Chelsea. But, due to the Premier League club having over 30 players out on loan, many of those deals have been made permanent on FIFA 17. That means 18-year-old striker Tammy Abraham can be bought straight off the bat from Bristol City. The six-foot-three-inch striker is destined for great things, with the England U21 international banging in 17 goals already this season. He has 85 acceleration, 81 sprint speed and 78 strength, similar to a young Romelu Lukaku. Abraham can be bought for around £7 million, with starting wages of just 720, an absolute bargain for a player with an 85 potential.
Adam Armstrong (OVR 68 – POT 84)
With over 70 appearances to his name, you’d have thought that Adam Armstrong would be well on his way to an established career, but it is amazing to think that the Barnsley striker is just 19 years old. The England U20 international is on loan from Newcastle and spent last season at Coventry City, where he bagged 20 league goals in 40 appearances. It’s only a matter of time before he gets his shot in the Premier League, especially with his stats of 89 acceleration, 88 balance and 86 sprint speed. With Armstrong returning to Newcastle in January, once the FIFA squads are updated you will be able to sign him straight away for just £1 million, with £720 wages.
Conor Chaplin (OVR 63 – POT 83)
Not a familiar name, but Conor Chaplin has been clinical ever since bursting onto the scene for League Two side Portsmouth two seasons ago. The 19-year-old striker has 17 goals to his name and has already chalked up 70 appearances in his young career. The Pompey man has 86 acceleration, 84 agility and 83 sprint speed, and will cost close to £1.5 million with £720 wages.
Marvin Stefaniak (OVR 69 – POT 83)
Moving away from the strikers, we have Dynamo Dresden left winger Marvin Stefaniak. The 21-year-old has made 11 appearances for the club in Bundesliga this season, attracting some interest from clubs in the German top flight. Stefaniak has 90 acceleration, 83 sprint speed and 81 agility, and given his 83 potential, it won’t be long before his other stats follow suit. The German can be bought for around £3.5 million, with wages of £900 per week.
Rolando Aarons (OVR 72 – POT 82)
Back to Newcastle now, in the form of left midfielder Rolando Aarons. The 20-year-old showed glimpses of his potential when The Magpies were in the Premier League, but his playing time has been limited under Rafael Benitez in The Championship. An England U20 international, Aarons has 87 acceleration, 85 sprint speed and 79 agility. He will cost you around £3.25 million with wages of just £720.
Amato Ciciretti (OVR 72 – POT 82)
Italian Amato Ciciretti is so unknown he doesn’t even have a picture on FIFA 17, but his potential speaks volumes. The Benevento Calcio attacking midfielder or winger has 85 sprint speed, 83 acceleration and 82 agility, making up his 72 overall rating. With a price tag of just £3.5 million for a potential of 82, he could tempt any manager into a purchase especially with his £2,000 a week wages.
Ryan Ledson (OVR 64 – POT 82)
Former Everton man Ryan Ledson left Goodison to join Oxford United in League One, and it looks as if he is benefitting from the added game time. The central midfielder went on loan to Cambridge this season and looked assured in League Two, but in stepping up a division he has tested himself once more. The 18-year-old has 72 short passing, 70 balance and 70 aggression, and will cost just £900,000. His starting wages of £720 make him a very tempting purchase if you have the patience to nurture him.
Kasey Palmer (OVR 69 – POT 82)
Another on-loan Chelsea player, Kasey Palmer’s move to Huddersfield has also been made permanent on FIFA 17. The 19-year-old attacking or right midfielder has made 23 appearances for The Championship promotion pushers this season, scoring four times. He has 75 sprint speed, 74 shot power and 73 ball control on this year’s FIFA, costing around £2 million. He is another player to have rock bottom wages of just £720 a week.
Cheick Keita (OVR 67 – POT 82)
Left back Cheick Keita plays for Italian Serie B side Chiavari and has made 14 appearances this season. He has great balance (85) along with 74-rated sprint speed and 73 acceleration. With a potential of 82, he is surely destined to leave Northern Italy soon, but with a seven-year contract at the club the 19-year-old will cost you close to £4 million, but his £720 wages should give you enough incentive to take him on.
Carmine Setola (OVR 81 – POT 81)
Italy seems to be the place for young left backs, with Carmine Setola applying his trade for Cesena in Serie B. The 17-year-old may only be rated at 71, but his potential of 81 makes him a player any club in a lower division should consider. The left back or left midfielder has 78 balance, 74 acceleration and 72 sprint speed, and will cost you just £450k with wages of just £720 once again.
