Player Review

As you probably know by now, the Rulebreakers promo will see some stats increased from their base card, whilst some will be decreased in order to accommodate the changes.

In Talisca's case, there are five base stats that have been increased - including a +7 rating to his pace (87 OVR) - whilst just his physicality has been decreased to a 71 OVR.

Looking deeper into the card, Talisca has 4* skills and a 4* weak foot which is ideal for a central attacking midfielder. His L/H work rate is perfect for those who want their CAM pressing high ready to start a quick attack.

As we've already alluded too, the fact he plays in the CSL isn't ideal, but with a TOTW Paulinho being touted ahead of TOTW 5, you could have quite the midfield pairing on your hands.

Worth it?

Taking his stats and price into account, we'd have to say yes.

Talisca has pretty much everything you want from a CAM in the current meta, and, with that L/H work rate and the increased shooting attributes, you could quite feasibly play him as a CF.

TOTW Paulinho will make him all the more worthwhile but if that doesn't happen, he's still a solid addition to any Ultimate Team setup.
