Valve has announced a new format for the DOTA 2 TI11 Battle Pass. Traditionally, the Battle Pass is release months before the International.

Valve wants to make the days after the tournament is over the best time to play DOTA. Capture the excitement of fans after watching their favorites players lifting the Aegis.

Here are the details and our predictions for the DOTA 2 TI11 2022 Battle Pass.

DOTA 2 Battle Pass TI11 Schedule

The last two years were complicated for Valve and the International.

In 2020 the tournament was cancelled and just months before the DOTA 2 T10 they have to postponed and moved the competition to a different country.

So, for the previous International, Valve decided to release two separate Battle Passes.

For this year, they are back to the one for year formula. Traditionally, the Battle Pass is released during May. However, the upcoming Battle Pass will change the schedule.

Considering the DOTA 2 International 2022 is in October, we can expect the Battle Pass to go live right after the Arlington Major, around the end of August 2022.

The Battle Pass is likely to run until the months of November or December.

Battle Pass Price

Based in the previous battle pass, players can obtain three different packages with free levels to ease the grinding:

  • Level 1 Bundle for $9.99
  • Level 50 Bundle for $29.35
  • Level 100 Bundle for $44.99

Close to the end of the Battle Pass, Valve will sell additional packages with extra EXP to increase players levels.

The Arcana is obtained by reaching the level 500 in the Battle Pass.

DOTA 2 TI11 Battle Pass Arcanas

We have reason to believe the Arcana for the DOTA TI 11 Battle Pass goes for the hero Faceless Void. Answering the constant request from the community.

Usually the Hero with more votes get the Arcana that is sold in the Store and the second place is the one feature in the Battle Pass.

Faceless Void is the only runner-up without receiving an Arcana, he was second best in 2018 when Rubick won the voting.

New Dragon Blood Persona

The Dragon Blood's character, Marci is finally added to competitive DOTA, as part of the changes of the DOTA Plus Summer Refresh.

Extracted from the same Animated Series, the last two Battle Passes included cosmetics called Personas, based in the character version from Dragon Blood.

Dragon Knight and Mirana are the first adaptations of the animation to the game. So, it is very possible we are getting a new persona this year, Lina, Crystal Maiden, Invoker, Winter Wyvern are some candidates.
