The fuss began before release when some of the Cyberpunk 2077 sex scenes were leaked online.

CD Projekt Red had previously requested players not to share footage of the game pre-release.

However, one or two premature releases surfaced, showing glimpses of what was to come on the game.

As sex scenes have become a regular feature on modern RPG’s, it is no surprise that a new genre has appeared on adult sites.

Well, if the leaks were a giveaway to people’s interests, then xHamster has well and truly uncovered them!

According to adult site xHamster on Reddit, searches for Cyberpunk 2077 porn is up 3420% since the games release!

That is a serious growth in interest from the “Night City Fappers”!

However searches seem to be swelling too, with such a spike in searches, it looms like interest in the sex scenes could reach its climax soon.

With sex scenes and adult toys prevalent throughout, unsurprisingly Cyberpunk 2077 has an 18+ rating.

PS5 & Xbox Series X|S?

CD Projekt Red have confirmed that the game will be coming to both the PS5 and Xbox Series X|S.

However, this won't be at launch and will instead be released hopefully sometime in 2021.

The good news is, due to both consoles' backwards compatibility, Cyberpunk 2077 will be playable on both next gen consoles at launch.

But, players will be using the PS4/Xbox One version of the game, meaning they won't get any of the improved graphics, ray tracing etc.

Will I Need To Buy The Game Again?

It has been confirmed that owners of the PS4 and Xbox One version of the game will be able to upgrade to the next gen version for free when it is released.

CD Projekt Red confirmed on Twitter that "a later upgrade to Cyberpunk 2077, taking full advantage of the next-gen hardware, will be available for free."
